A bid should tell you more than the price. Which sections need repair? What material will go down? How will you get in and out while the crew works? Those are reasonable questions, and you should have answers before you commit.
Tri County Asphalt is a Porterville-based paving and maintenance contractor serving homes and businesses across Tulare, Kings, Fresno and Kern counties. New paving, repairs, crack treatment, sealcoating and striping are all part of our work. That range matters when your driveway or parking lot needs more than one treatment.
We put the proposed work into plain language, using photos or property imagery where they help identify the areas involved. You can see what you are paying for and explain the decision to anyone else involved.
A PROPOSAL YOU CAN ACTUALLY COMPARE
One contractor may be quoting a surface treatment while another includes rebuilding damaged sections. We describe the scope so you can compare the preparation, repairs and finish, not just two totals. For a manager seeking approval, that detail also gives the owner a basis for the decision.
Once the scope is settled, access needs attention. A tenant needs to know when to move a car. A business needs to account for deliveries. A homeowner needs somewhere to park while the driveway is unavailable. We work through those arrangements with the property contact before the work begins.

A product name alone does not tell you enough. Preparation, repairs and application belong in that discussion too. You should understand the work beneath the finished appearance as well as the coating you see.
