We lost this job because the owner decided to go with the cheapest bid. Unfortunately the customer found out the hard way that cheap is your enemy. instead of asphalt sealer the contractor used an asphalt rejuvenator that requires heavy sand loads to soak up the excess oil. this is ok for county roads but not for parking lots.
