Jobsite Location: San luis obispo.

Project Scope: Asphalt Repair including R&R, Grinding, & Tree Root Removal. Sealcoat, Hot Crack Fill and Re-stripe parking stalls and Red curbs. and drive lanes totaling 30,000 sf.

Procedure: 1 coat of  SteelGuard Pavement sealer was applied, which is a high performance asphalt emulsion blended with polymers and special surfactants for superior adhesion, flexibility, and durability.   We also installed long lasting hot crack fill, and hot mix asphalt patch.  The project was completed on time and within budget.
